General

Trading is settled in USDC.
Gas fees are paid using the native token of the chain you are connected to.For example, on ARC, gas is paid in USDC.

Trading

Each topic has two tradable sides:
  • YES = you believe the event/outcome will happen
  • NO = you believe the event/outcome will not happen
There are generally two ways:A. Short-Term Trading — Buy a position at a lower price and sell it later at a higher price.B. Hold Until Settlement — If you hold the winning side until final settlement, you receive your share of the total pool.
No. PreMarket.trade uses an AMM liquidity pool model, so you trade directly against the pool.
The platform uses an automated pricing mechanism.
  • More buying pressure pushes the price up
  • More selling pressure pushes the price down
This reflects changing market expectations.
The market probability is derived from the liquidity pool balance. In general:
  • YES probability + NO probability = 100%
At the start, the market typically begins around 50% / 50%.

Settlement

After the trading deadline:
  • Users can no longer trade
  • The market enters the resolution phase
The Topic Creator submits the initial result.
Users can challenge the result during the challenge period. If the challenge reaches the required threshold, the market moves to community voting.
If the creator fails to submit a result within the required time window, the market can automatically move into community voting, and the creator may be penalized.
After the final result is confirmed:
  • The losing side loses its pool value
  • The winning side shares the total market pool proportionally
Yes. Even if both are on the correct side, their profits may differ because:
  • They entered at different prices
  • They bought different amounts
  • Market conditions changed over time
